We visited Los Angeles earlier this month to check in with friends and also dedicate Ellis at our former church Christian Assembly. It was great to see the Harrisons, Mischkots, Whites, Bollows, Rogers, Philly Billy, Prima Debby, Alex Hepburn, Parks, Klines, Alex Froloff, and many others. We were fortunate enough to be able to catch up with a whole community of friends who incidentally seemed to also be carrying newborns or toddlers. Thanks to Julie Wood and Annette White for planning the dedication luncheon, and Jason for letting us crash at his place in Burbank while in India. Some of the photos will indicate that there was some major networking in regards to our search for Ellis' future wife....We will not be saying who came out ahead as a result of the weekend..but her initials are....

enjoy!! george, heather and ellis

Okay, no good reason for this post other than to show off Ellis' new Oakland A's outfit...Bring on the baseball season!
Heather, Ellis and I were fortunate enough to visit Maui in February for Ellis' first time experience with the Islands, and to use some of Heather's remaining time before she went back to work for a family vacation. We had a great time, Ellis realized for the first time that the guy that hangs around mornings and evenings (who likes to make funny noises) is his father. Overall we really bonded as a family and did a great job of eating our weight in strawberry papayas. Also, Ellis caught his first wave, snorkeled Molokini, swam with the sea turtles, and even found time to bike down the Haleakala Crater. Amazing the stamina on this 4 1/2 month old! We were also fortunate enough to see our amazing friends Danny and Mari Paquette. They did not pay us to say this, but please visit the Tiki Lounge Restaurant whenever you are in the Kihei Area. Enjoy the photos. Mahalo. George and Heather and Ellis
